Add 3-4 billable appointments per clinician per week.
Without longer days, more staff or more admin.
Allied Atlas is a scheduling and planning engine for mobile and clinic-based allied health practices. It turns travel gaps, cancellations, and scheduling chaos into real capacity.
We're onboarding a small group of clinics to shape Atlas before public launch.
Scheduling is silently killing your capacity.
Most practice management systems are systems of record. They were never designed to optimise a schedule.
- Your calendar looks full, but your days aren’t.
- Travel time creates dead gaps you can’t easily fill.
- One cancellation breaks the whole day.
- Rescheduling feels like manual Tetris.
- You can’t easily rebalance a week.
- Hiring feels like the only way to grow.
What if your schedule could think?
Allied Atlas is the planning brain for your practice. It looks at your clinicians, clients, locations, constraints, and services and continuously finds better ways to run your week.
- Automatically clusters visits by location.
- Re-optimises days and weeks in seconds.
- Fills gaps from waitlists and flexible clients.
- Accounts for travel time, buffers, and preferences.
- Shows you exactly how many billables you gained.
This isn't about a prettier calendar. It's about utilisation.
+3 appointments per week × $180 × 48 weeks
= ~$26,000 per clinician per year
Most clinics lose 15–25% of their potential capacity to scheduling inefficiencies. Atlas is built to get that time back.
How Atlas fits into your clinic.
- 1Connect Atlas to your existing system (e.g. Cliniko).
- 2Atlas analyses your current schedule, travel, and constraints.
- 3You see your current week, an optimised version, and a clear action plan.
- 4You apply the changes manually at first, automatically later.
No migration. No disruption. Atlas sits on top and makes everything smarter.
A command centre for your operations.
Instead of just looking at a diary, you'll see exactly where you're losing time, where you can add capacity, and what to move, who to call, and what to change.
Atlas doesn't just show you your schedule. It tells you how to make it better.

Who Atlas is built for.
Atlas is designed for mobile and clinic-based allied health teams where scheduling complexity blocks growth.
- Mobile and community allied health practices (NDIS, home visits, outreach).
- Clinics with 2–30 clinicians.
- Practices where scheduling is complex, travel is significant, and growth feels blocked by operations.

Why Atlas exists
Scheduling should support care teams, not exhaust them.
My wife worked as a mobile NDIS clinician. Her days were spent driving between clients, juggling changing schedules, handling cancellations, and trying to keep everything on track.
It took her years to get good at scheduling. And even then, she needed months of 1-on-1 coaching from a manager just to learn how to forecast and shape her weeks properly.
The work was meaningful, but the admin and scheduling pressure was constant.
- behind on paperwork
- worried about tomorrow's schedule
- mentally carrying the whole week in her head
And it meant she couldn't fully switch off or fully focus on patient care.
We realised something was deeply broken:
The most important work in the clinic was being coordinated by tools that don't think.
Atlas is our attempt to take everything clinics learn over years of experience about scheduling, travel, and planning and turn it into a system that does that thinking for you.
So clinicians can focus on patients.
And clinics can grow without burning people out.
